Awesome!!! They are very thorough. I was told from another plumber that I would have to replace my valve which meant removing the tub/wall (all one piece) which would cost around $9,000 (new tub, tile, floor etc). Hetherington Plumber was diligent and took out valve cleaned it , now I have cold water. I saved $$$$. Thanks so much!! It’s very hard to find a reliable, honest contractor.
Recently (read in the Covid era), I needed some radiator work completed. Benjamin came over on time, was mindful of safety protocols (masked up!), and performed the work professionally, satisfactorily, and quickly. Bill saved the day at our condo last night- 40 plus people with no hot water for a second nite. Bill laid on cold concrete for hours, showed us the burned-out parts (from not having a Booster to deliver an even flow of gas.) Most plumbing contractors would not even try to fix it. We are extremely grateful!
